Ebbw crushed at Parc Y Scarlets
 Ebbw Vale lost to Llanelli for the second consecutive week, this time by 49 points to 3. The Steelmen were 15-0 behind at half time but the home team ran riot during the second period.

Fixture changes
 Two rearranged fixtures have now been confirmed. On Sunday, February 14th we will play  Bedwas (home) in a Principality Premiership match, kicking off at 2:30 pm and on the following Sunday (21st) we will entertain Neath, also in the Premiership, kicking off at 2:30 pm.

The days and/or kick off times for Aberavon (March 13th) and Cross Keys (March 20th) are also likely to be amended. No dates have yet been sorted out for the away matches at Cardiff and Pontypridd or the home games with Newport and Glamorgan Wanderers.

The WRU have agreed to extend the Premiership season by 10 days to April 20th.

Internationals live at The Welfare
 All this season's Six Nations matches will be shown live on the big screens at The Welfare. Make sure you get there early to savour the real big match atmosphere while supporting your local rugby club! The full fixture list follows...

Llanelli progressed to the 3rd round of the Swalec Cup with a reasonably comfortable win over Ebbw Vale at Tredegar RFC. On a bitterly cold Tuesday night, the West Walians ran in three second half tries to add to their 6 - 0 interval advantage. (REL reflects)

Cardiff programme available
